When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from BrunoCoffee.com may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future BrunoCoffee.com order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 60 days will be issued merchandise credit (electronic gift certificate). Merchandise credits may be redeemed on BrunoCoffee.com and are not redeemable in retail locations.
